BREAKING: San Jose State QB Emmett Brown Commits to Coastal Carolina

The Chanticleers land a talented play caller with a ton of starting experience.

The Chanticleers have landed another big time offensive commitment. This time, San Jose State Transfer QB Emmett Brown has committed to Coastal Carolina.

Brown, is only 5’10 and weighs 187lbs but he can sling it. Before San Jose State, he was at Washington State. He’s a sophomore. This past season he played in nine games, and started six. He threw for 1,621 passing yards, 16 touchdowns and five interceptions.

Out of high school, he was rated as three star and held offers from a few programs. But out of the portal he held offers from schools like USC, North Texas, and Jacksonville State.

The Chanticleers add a guy with a ton of potential and the ability to throw the ball while making plays.
